Airport transfer
Phuket International airport is located about 45 minutes from the hotel.

Reservation Guarantee
• A valid credit card with the name of the cardholder, card number and expiry date is required to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation Policy
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged for each room cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2010 to January 10, 2011.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival for November 1, to December 19, 2010 and January 11, - March 31, 2011.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival for April 1, to October 31, 2010
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charge for No show or for each booking cancelled on the same day.
